The End ..... or Not?

Some friends and I went to the cinema on Tuesday.  Before the movie started there were a whole load of trailers for other films to be shown later in the month.  I can't even remember what movie this was from.... but I want to share a quote with you.

"It will be alright in the end.  If it isn't alright.... then it isn't the end"

I just thought that was a brilliant uplifting line.

my religion

I just found this lovely quote from The Dalai Lama

"This is my simple religion
There is no need for temples,
no need for complicated philosophies.
My brain and my heart are my temples,
my philosophy is kindness".

Isn't that beautiful.  I will take that on as my mantra.
